CIGRE 49th Paris Session, organized biennially, was held in Paris/France between 29 August and 2 September 2022 with over 3500 participants from 90 countries.
TEİAŞ took its place in the event where our country was represented by the Türkiye National Committee. In the 49th Session, where all papers were presented as posters according to the format of the event, 6 previously accepted papers were presented on behalf of Türkiye.
TEİAŞ personnel, who is among the authors of the papers, made the presentation of 4 papers. Titles of papers and presenters are below:
"Cycle life assessment of battery energy storage systems for primary frequency control by rainflow counting algorithm” by Ercüment ÖZDEMİRCİ
"Site Application of Anti Torsion Pendulum and Interphase Space for the Prevention of Ice Load on Transmission Line Systems in Turkey" by Mete UZAR
"Electromagnetic interference investigation of two transmission lines with a naturfal buried gas pipeline: A study on the Agrı-Horasan region in Turkey" Özgür ÇETİN and
"A Research on Power Quality of Storage System in Photovoltaic Energy Generation Systems in Distribution Networks" by Halil İbrahim AYDINÖZ
In addition, TEİAŞ personnel attended various meetings and a presentation was made by Özgür ÇETİN at the B2 Transmission Lines Working Group.
CIGRE Türkiye National Committee hosted SEERC Management Board (MB) and Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) meetings hosted by the Turkish Embassy in Paris, and a reception was given after the meetings.
Active participation was ensured on behalf of TEİAŞ and CIGRE Türkiye National Committee in this global event of the sector, which brought together leading company officials, academics and experts in the field of electrical power systems from all over the world.
